Requirements

• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Generate dashboards with multiple widgets for the analysis of system configuration data
• Designing the XSD, WSDL, data exchange formats across multiple integration systems
• Involve during the User-Acceptance Testing of the system application and interact with end-users, management and development team in order to analyze the risk
• Conduct walkthroughs and defect meetings sporadically to assess the status of the testing process.
• Maintain the steady state and application server domain configurations
• Analyze and design the new Web services
• Set up the data exchange formats for data transfer across multiple enterprise systems.
• Analyze data/workflows, defined the scope, and performed GAP analysis
• Work on the data mapping, set up the batch jobs for data migration.
• Create system backup configurations in the multiple security domains

Education & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field. Strong programming experience and knowledge of SQL, scripting. Strong knowledge of Agile SDLCs and systems engineering principles required.
